Description: 

These two shops have been inserted into the ground floor of the former Methodist school hall.   The shop fronts themselves are small and neat and nos. 8 & 10 have a plain, well-lettered fascia.

Both sides of no. 6 and the right hand side of nos. 8 & 10 have rendered quoins designed to match those of the original building.

The first floor and roof are almost unchanged from the original building.  The walls consist of ragstone rubble and there are five sets of paired lancet windows.
