Description: 

A pleasant plain unlisted building with brick dentil course and fascias still aligned.

Modern interlocking clay tiles and plastic guttering on front, but ragstone wall and slated hip on RH elevation.

Original 12 pane sash windows at first floor (and original sliding casements at rear - Well Court).

Comment:

It is a positive feature in this intimate area.
