History:
No. 35 used by drapers from 1780, nos. 33 and 35 Youngs drapers 1845-1977. Refaced modest mock Georgian 1920’s and 1930’s. No. 35 ‘The house has been much altered’ c. 1862 changed from original. Originally an Inn, name unknown.

Description:
Two storey brick building divided two thirds/one third in height, the northern RHS third being 900 mm lower.
No. 33 ground floor – timber painted windows with single recessed door on LHS and moulded pilaster at two thirds/one third division with deep fascia, large painted signs and logo, and deep moulded stall riser timber painted. Shallow metal ventilation grilles over windows. First floor two eighteen pane and one twelve pane sash windows, timber white painted in moulded stone architrave in brick façade. Roof flat with brick parapet with lead flashing coping and 300 mm deep concrete string course at roof level.
No. 35 ground floor – main opening LHS divided into six bay folding glazed timber windows, timber panelled below cill height and protected by wrought iron rail. Deep fascia to match no. 33 with strip lighting protected by lead flashing.
